Which markets can your systems and services be used with?
Our UK Index FS1 is designed to be used with the FTSE100 or UK Index. Our US FS1 2009 is designed to be traded with the Dow Jones Index or Wall Street.

Where can I find a performance record?

Which product can I use with the Signal Service?
The Signal service is designed to be traded using fixed odds trading and binary trading products.

I have no experience of Fixed odds trading or binary trading? If you have never heard of fixed odds or have limited experiences then please click here for more info.

When are the signals sent?The signals for our FS1 Systems are sent out towards month end normally around the 30th at 9.00pm.

How are the signals delivered and how often do you send signal info?
The signal information is sent via email and for our FS1 Systems you would recieve on average 1 - 2 Signals per system per month.

How much does the service cost?
Please find our pricing below as you will see the prices are on average 10 - 20% cheaper than the software versions

Will I receive any support?
We provide free email support to answer any queries you may have and assist if required.

Does the FS Signals Service have a Performance guarantee?

Yes. From 3rd February 2010 any purchaser of our FS and XD Systems can claim an additional subscription period for free if the number of winning trades is less than the number of losing trades during the subscribers subscription period. For further details please email us at info@elmtrader.co.uk.

Does the FS Signals Service include any money back guarantee?
Yes we know it can be a minefield sometimes when purchasing online and this is why all our products now come with our own Money back guarantee.

The money back guarantee is based on the results quoted. If the results we have quoted prove to be wholly inaccurate then we will happily refund your purchase.
