Elm Trader makes great efforts to ensure that the results we quote are a fair reflection of past performance and the likely returns achievable going forward.

However if after purchase you should find that the results we have quoted are wholly inaccurate then please email us at sales@elmtrader.co.uk stating your reasoning and we shall happily consider your request for a refund.

We do not guarantee future performance and therefore we do not offer refunds based on future performance. However the results in terms of amounts won and lost that we have quoted should be at least possible given the types of products used.

We cannot be held responsible or liable for changes that brokers or fixed odds / binary trading providers may make subsequently to their products which may or may not alter expected returns.

Performance Guarantee

Elm Trader provides a performance guarantee on the following basis.

From 3rd February 2010 any purchaser of our FS and XD Systems can claim an additional subscription period for free if the number of winning trades is less than the number of losing trades during the subscribers subscription period. The result of trades will be based on the closing price of the relevant market and the direction the software or signal service provides. Elm Trader will publish results upon request. Refund policy

Elm Trader does not offer refunds for our Software or subscriptions on any basis apart from under the Money Back Guarantee as shown above.  If you have any doubts about the content or the value of the software or service provided, then please refrain from purchasing and contact us at sales@elmtrader.co.uk for clarification or futher information.
